Interviews, opinions, features and news from the greatest sport in the world!

About us
At Talking Boxing all we want to do is talk about boxing. Whether it's with fighters, trainers, promoters, managers, our own opinions, fight previews, historical articles... it doesn't matter. Talking Boxing - simple!

Editor: Shaun Brown. Shaun grew up watching Bruno, Eubank, Benn and tapes of Hagler. He's been writing about boxing since 2008 and developed his work by writing for the likes of Eastside Boxing before getting a break at Boxing News. He has since contributed to ESPN, RING, Sky Sports Boxing, Boxing Monthly, Boxing Scene, Livefight, The Scotsman, Daily Record and others.

Columnist: Ian Probert. Ian Probert gained a degree in fine art before moving into journalism. As well as writing for a diverse number of newspapers and magazines on a variety of subjects, he is the author of 10 books. In the world of boxing he is best known for the cult classic Rope Burns, and its long-awaited successor Dangerous

Columnist: Andy Clarke. Have mic will travel. That's the mantra Andy Clarke lives by. He loves boxing and will go anywhere to cover it; Uzbekistan, China, Venezuela, Sweden or Scotland, anywhere there's a good card and his services are needed. Whether it's a four rounder at York Hall or a world title fight in Las Vegas, all bouts are treated with equal enthusiasm. He can mainly be found working for Sky Sports, Channel 5, Sauerland, Matchroom and AIBA.

Contributor: Rian Scalia. Rian Scalia is an admitted combat sports junkie that has been obsessed with boxing in particular since 2008 after watching casually for years prior. Such was his passion for the sport that he took to writing about it and has written for various outlets including Boxing Monthly and UCN Live. Rian focuses on boxing from different angles and approaches, highlighting important and interesting but less talked about subject matters.
